Success in Role :

• You know the NACF Finance Organization, and their stakeholders business processes, mechanisms, and tools to support the business. You use this awareness to advocate and deliver improvements to internal processes, tools, and customer experience enabling new insights and improved business support.
• You leverage appropriate resources to deep dive and make recommendations and influence leaders. You formulate how to deliver improvements and execute at scale. You play an active role in recruiting and coaching others on your team or other teams. You leverage your deep knowledge of the business to be a change agent for the organization.
