Sales Administrative Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support our sales operations through administrative excellence and customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy in data management, and the ability to build positive relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

Administrative Operations

• Process daily invoices and sales orders with precision
• Maintain comprehensive sales files and generate accurate reports
• Manage pricing database and ensure contract accuracy
• Handle product related inventory data and distribute reports to sales staff
• Provide clerical support across various sales department functions

Customer Relations & Communication

Additional Duties

Experience : Previous customer service or administrative experience; background in inventory reporting or sales support; experience in customer-facing roles preferred.

Education : High School diploma or equivalent, or verifiable ability to perform essential job functions. Well rounded, practical experience may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
