Analytics Engineer II

A company is looking for an Analytics Engineer II to convert analytics business requirements into technical requirements for data analysts and business users.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and interpret analytics business requirements, leading customer / IT meetings as needed

Build data models and tables with a focus on data and analytics concepts, proposing solutions autonomously

Develop analytics code, manage source code documentation, and investigate / remediate defects and bugs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)

2 - 4 years of related experience in analytics engineering

2+ years of knowledge in SQL, SDLC, GIT, RDBMS, Medallion Architecture, Python, and Snowflake preferred

DBT Fundamentals certification preferred

Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
