Located off the shores of Lake Quinsigamond within the woods of the Worcester Land Trust, we seek candidates committed to providing high quality care and compassion to our residents.

Our Long-Term Care and Skilled Rehab is looking for Full-Time Dietician.

• Develops diet in accordance with the physician's order.
• Reviews all residents with sub-optimal albumin levels as indicated by clinical lab results.
• Assists in developing individualized diet plans for residents.
• Interviews resident or family member, as necessary, to obtain diet history.
• Reviews the dietary requirements for each resident admitted to the facility and assist the attending physician in planning for the residents prescribed diet plan.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition

Registered Dietitian

At least three years of experience in geriatric nutrition or clinical dietetics.

Willing to be able to work weekends and flexible schedule
