We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up public works projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing municipal, government, or public sector construction projects and coordinating field operations for large-scale builds.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up public projects
  • Manage subcontractors, field crews, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and public contract requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to drive project success
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a superintendent on public works construction projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in ground-up construction, scheduling, and field coordination
  • Commitment to safety and operational excellence
