Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Respiratory Therapist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 11 / 03 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, nights Employment Type : Travel Therapist - Respiratory Therapist Location : Little Rock, AR Schedule / Job Type : Full-time, Night shifts, every other weekend Key Responsibilities : Provide respiratory care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced, team-based environment. Float to various pediatric units as needed to ensure patient care coverage. Operate and monitor EPIC electronic health records. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans. Adhere to clinical protocols and safety procedures to ensure patient well-being. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress. Required Qualifications : Valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) license; CRT is not acceptable. Must test negative for nicotine. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system. Ability to work night shifts and on a rotating basis, including every other weekend. Preferred Experience / Skills : Pediatric respiratory care experience preferred. Flexibility to float within pediatric units as needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
