Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively. We're looking for a strategic, people-first HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders in our Engineering divisions, helping to foster a culture of engagement, development, and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders as a thought partner and coach on leadership, team dynamics, and people strategy.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution, investigations, and policy interpretation.
- Champion a positive workplace culture by addressing concerns with empathy and fairness.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs and support candidate selection.
- Own the onboarding experience, using data and feedback to continuously improve new hire integration.
- Drive performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans and coaching for underperforming team members.
- Analyze engagement survey results and exit trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and stay current on employment laws and trends.
- Leverage HRIS systems (ADP preferred) to manage data and support decision-making.
Qualifications
Location : Carmel, IN office 4 days per week with 1 day remote.
