Citizens Memorial Hospital Bolivar, MO Level III Trauma Center 86 Beds ED Volume : 18,000 / k - 20,000 / k Dates : - October 10-12, 23-26; 10p-10a - November 9,25,26; 10a-10p - November 15,16,20,25,26; 8a-8p - November 27-29; 10p-10a - December 6,7,11,12,29,30; 10a-10p - December 24,25,29-31; 8a-8p - December 23,27-29; 10p-10a Emergency Medicine (ABEM only)

• Seeking coverage starting in October
• At least 6-10 shifts per month
• Shift Times : - 8a-8p or 10a-10p 8p-8a or 10p-10a
• Solo coverage with 1 midlevel
• Average Pts. : 60 per shift
• EMR : MediTech
• Must be ABEM
