Role Overview

We’re hiring a  seasoned AV Lead Technician  with deep experience in  Control4  and  custom installations . This role is ideal for a problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can think on their feet. You’ll be the go-to expert on job sites — someone junior techs look up to, and project managers trust to get things done right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Lead AV system installations and programming (Control4, Lutron, and more)
• Mentor junior techs and help develop in-house talent
• Troubleshoot complex systems with minimal support
• Collaborate closely with the ops and PM teams to ensure efficient installs
• Be adaptable : some days are service-heavy, others involve custom new builds
• Own the quality of your work and take pride in delivering results
