Key Responsibilities
Produce weekly and monthly reporting to ensure goals are met
Manage complex plans and provide guidance on escalated issues
Lead training and onboarding for team members while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of Retirement Plans Administration experience
Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
Excellent mathematical and Excel skills
QKA or equivalent designation preferred
