Deputy Director, Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation
Serves as a full Deputy Director to the Director, Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation by performing a variety of duties in the short and long range planning, coordination, and daily oversight of the Directorate.
Integrates plans into appropriated and non-appropriated fund annual operating budgets.
Reviews program changes and discusses changes in goal and objectives with activity managers and supervisors ensuring objectives and goals are obtainable and economically feasible.
Represents the Director in all matters including the coordination of programs and activities within and outside the Directorate.
Provides technical guidance and administrative oversight through direct and indirect supervision of subordinate supervisors and employees. Exercises the full range of personnel management responsibilities.
Responsible for assuming the duties of the Director in his / her absence.

This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
