Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Foster an inclusive team culture focused on innovation and engineering excellence

Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including CI / CD and code quality

Manage performance and career development of a team of approximately 10 Software Engineers

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams

Experience leading an engineering team in an Agile environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Stack (particularly C#) and React

Strong self-management skills to be effective with minimal supervision
