Overnight Parking Ambassador / Clerk Brickell City Centre

Location : Brickell City Centre Position : Ambassador / Office Clerk Address : 98 SE 7th Street, Suite #403, Miami, FL 33130 Schedule : Tuesday Saturday | 3 : 30 PM 11 : 30 PM (Schedule may vary based on operational demands) Pay Rate : $16.00 $18.00 per hour

The Overnight Parking Ambassador / Clerk plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional parking experience for all customers, residents, and tenants at Brickell City Centre. This hybrid position combines on-site guest assistance with administrative and operational support in the Parking Office. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting both front-line and back-office functions while working closely with the Parking Manager, Operations team, and Security staff.

Duties as Garage Ambassador

  • Greet and assist customers, residents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere while providing accurate information on parking procedures and directions.
  • Assist customers with entry and exit transactions, validations, and payment issues.
  • Monitor and maintain parking equipment, ensuring receipt paper is stocked and machines are free of jams or malfunctions.
  • Troubleshoot parking equipment issues and promptly report any technical or operational concerns.
  • Support the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to maintain safety and cleanliness standards within the facility.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the garage and report maintenance or safety hazards immediately.
  • Assist with enforcement activities and ensure compliance with parking policies.

Duties as Office Clerk

  • Provide administrative and operational support for daily parking office functions.
  • Answer phone calls and emails regarding parking rates, validations, hours of operation, and access inquiries.
  • Deliver courteous and efficient assistance to customers, residents, and retail tenants.
  • Maintain accurate records for validations, transponders, and related documentation.
  • Support enforcement tracking, equipment troubleshooting, and incident reporting as directed by the Parking Manager.
  • Prepare and organize daily reports, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Security and Property Management to resolve access or safety concerns.
  • Ensure the Parking Office remains organized, professional, and responsive to all operational needs.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Work efficiently under minimal supervision during overnight hours.
  • Remain flexible to adjust to schedule changes, special events, and operational demands.
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to parkers, residents, and tenants by phone, email, or in person.
  • Support garage operations by assisting staff, covering shifts, and coordinating with management.
  • Handle validations, transponder requests, and maintain accurate office records.
  • Assist with enforcement, traffic direction, and guest inquiries at entrances and exits.
  • Conduct vehicle counts, patrols, and report policy violations or safety issues.
  • Support the Parking Manager with reports, schedules, and daily communication.
  • Collaborate with Security and Property Management to resolve access or safety concerns.
  • Monitor the garage for maintenance needs (lights, debris, hazards) and report promptly.
  • Troubleshoot parking equipment and provide general operational support as directed.
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to verbally communicate clearly with guests.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • English / Spanish bilingual speaker preferred.
  • Basic computer and parking system knowledge (TIBA, Flash, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve customer issues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with a professional and reliable attitude.
  • Flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Safety-conscious and able to handle situations calmly and responsibly.
