We’ve expanded our services to include a renowned recovery program, a non-profit community center, clinical services, sober living, a dedicated behavioral health division, and now, a Partial Hospitalization Program , and we’re hiring our first Clinician to support this life-changing program.

About the Role :
- Operations : Oversee daily activities, coordinate client schedules, and develop programs to support their well-being and independent living.
- Counseling : Facilitate daily group therapy sessions and conduct personalized individual therapy to address client needs.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to treatment plans and complete all required documentation within 24 hours, including participating in supervision with the director.
- Collaboration : Participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and contribute to a supportive environment, while working towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Credentials : Valid Colorado practice license (LACC, LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LAC).Commute : Ability to commuteCommunication Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skillsProblem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle crisis situations effectiveCultural Competence : Sensitivity to and understanding of clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting an inclusive and respectful environmentNice to Have :
Experience : Prior experience in hospitalization, clinical experience in inpatient or hospital settingsLanguage Skills : Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)Experience : IOP preferred.Education : Masters in a behavioral health field.Location + Hours :
Location : The REAL Center, 14109 E Exposition Ave. Aurora, COHours : Full-time position, Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pmCompensation :
Salary : $65,000 -$85,000 per year
