Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce services and support program enrollment
Build trust and rapport with patients using active listening and a compassionate approach
Document patient interactions accurately and meet performance targets related to outreach and engagement
Required Qualifications
Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement roles, preferably in healthcare
Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining empathy and accuracy
Comfortable working with productivity targets in a fast-paced environment
High comfort level with technology, including Google Suite and CRMs
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
