Licensed Counselor – Outpatient (Day Shift, No Weekends)

Locations : Johnson City, Newport, Greenville, Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Fountain City, Sparta and Tullahoma

Pay : Competitive salary (based on experience) + benefits

Schedule : Monday–Friday, Day Shifts, Flexible Scheduling Available

About the Role

We’re looking for a compassionate Licensed Counselor to provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder counseling. You’ll work with a supportive multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, ethical care in a positive work environment — with no evenings or weekends .

What You’ll Do :

Conduct patient assessments & create treatment plans (ASAM criteria)

Provide individual counseling and crisis intervention

Collaborate with medical staff, care coordinators, and community resources

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Support patient advocacy and connect them to services

Requirements :

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, Psychology, or related field

Active TN license : LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or Licensed PsyD

Experience with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
