Key Responsibilities
Process Workers Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements
Respond promptly to client needs and requests over email
Complete data entry and processing of Workers' Compensation underwriting workflows
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
