What This Job Involves
The Facilities Manager serves as the single point of contact responsible for comprehensive facility management operations. You will establish, operate, and maintain a complete Facility Management program that enables effective oversight of building operations, maintenance, and systems. Working closely with the Senior Facilities Manager and Account Leader, you'll deliver quality facility management services while coordinating tenant requirements and ensuring client satisfaction across all aspects of facility operations.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like
- Support Sr. Facilities Manager and Account Lead in implementing short and long-term client goals and projects
- Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce operating costs and increase productivity
- Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality service delivery
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements based on client specifications
- Lead facilities staff to deliver expected service levels within prescribed budgets
- Interface with client representatives to develop and manage capital and expense budgets
- Prepare operating budget reports, monthly forecasts, and variance analyses
- Manage on-site contractors to ensure compliance with client and JLL policies
- Maintain 24 / 7 facility oversight and emergency response capabilities
- Ensure seamless client relationships through responsive leadership and creative problem-solving
- Complete all facilities-related reports accurately and on time following client record-keeping policies
- Recommend capital improvements and oversee contracted service delivery
- Share innovations and best practices with JLL Facilities Management teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management / technical emphasis5+ years of industry experience in corporate environment, third party service provider, or consultingStrong leadership and management skills with experience managing both technical and administrative staffExcellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsProficiency in MS Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookComputer proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)Preferred Qualifications
MBA degreeAdditional certifications in facility management or related fieldsExperience with multiple facility types and complex building systemsProven track record of budget management and cost reduction initiativesExperience with client relationship management in corporate real estate environmentsLocation : Onsite
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 7a-330p
Salary / Compensation : 90-110k (10% annual target bonus included)
