The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Immigration Paralegal to join our dynamic, collaborative in-office team in Richmond, VA. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, compassionate, and passionate about achieving excellent outcomes for clients while working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in preparing and filing immigration applications, petitions, motions, and supporting documentation .
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with precision, organization, and urgency.
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients to collect documents, provide updates, and ensure they feel supported throughout their case.
  • Track deadlines and prioritize tasks to ensure timely filings and client service.
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and fellow team members to uphold the firm’s high standards and values.
  • Participate in continuing professional education opportunities and contribute to the firm’s culture of growth.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior immigration law experience required.
  • Demonstrated compassion and commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Enthusiasm for being part of a dynamic in-office team .
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines with urgency .
  • Personal accountability and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting rate at $65,000 annual salary , could be higher depending on experience
  • Quarterly profit sharing
