Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location :  Sarasota, Florida

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Schedule : Day shift | 5 days / week | 32-hour guarantee

Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025

No on-call required

Qualifications :

Active Florida OT license required at time of submission

Minimum of 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience preferred

Current BLS certification

Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence in activities of daily living

Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for patient care coordination

Educate patients and families on therapy plans and home exercises
