Job Description
Support the design, development, and maintenance of data solutions including databases, data integration processes, and data migration tasks with a focus on Siebel EIM implementations. Assist senior developers in providing data architecture and solutions to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational systems with hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, PL / SQL, MS SQL Server, and Siebel EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Siebel EIM jobs for data imports, exports, deletes, and merges
Create and maintain EIM configuration files (IFB files) for various Siebel entities
Monitor and troubleshoot Siebel EIM batch processes and resolve data load issues
Assist in developing and maintaining database objects including tables, views, stored procedures,and functions
Write basic to intermediate SQL queries for data extraction and Siebel data validation
Support ETL processes for data integration between Siebel and external systems
Perform Siebel data mapping between base tables and EIM tables
Assist with Siebel EIM performance tuning and optimization
Help maintain data mapping documentation for Siebel integrations and technical specifications
Participate in Siebel data quality checks and validation processes
Support production Siebel data loads and monitor EIM batch job executions
Troubleshoot Siebel EIM errors and work with senior team members on complex issues
Assist in creating and updating technical documentation for Siebel processes
Learn and follow established Siebel development standards and best practices
Work with Siebel Tools to understand data model and relationships
Support Siebel data migration activities during upgrades or implementations
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback into development work
Support data analysis activities specific to Siebel CRM data
Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements for Siebel customizations
Maintain regular communication with team members on task progress
Experience
3-5 years of experience in database development with at least 1 year of Siebel EIM experience
Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - $105,000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
