Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team alongside the General Manager to deliver operational excellence.
- Provide an exceptional guest experience and foster a welcoming and supportive environment.
- Demonstrate conflict resolution skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers.
- Identify and develop talent within your team by supporting high performers for promotions and recognizing exceptional contributions.
- Follow operational and inventory control procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing.
- Lead with a culture of food safety that meets company standards in food quality, safety practices, and cleanliness.
- Work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule, including opening, mid, and closing shifts, plus weekends and / or holidays (scheduling may change based on business needs).
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting up to 55 pounds, and performing routine tasks; reasonable accommodations available.
- Obtain and maintain any required food safety licenses or certifications as per local, state, and federal regulations.
- Hold a valid driver's license; occasional driving may be necessary.
- Be at least 18 years old and prepared to lead and grow in your career.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of management and / or leadership experience.Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus.Benefits & Perks
