Position Overview

The Construction Site Cleanup Laborer will support overall jobsite cleanliness and assist with general labor activities across our North Carolina projects. This role helps maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment by removing debris, organizing materials, and supporting the construction team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and properly store tools, materials, and equipment on the jobsite
• Clean and remove debris, scrap, and waste from work areas
• Empty trash bins and transport waste to approved disposal containers
• Remove electrical construction debris and other jobsite materials
• Assist the construction crew with general labor tasks when required
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and immediately report any hazards
