Senior Living Community LEAD CLINICIAN

The Fountains Assisted Living Community

The clinician selected for this position will work closely with their Regional Director and Director of Senior Living Partnerships

The SLC Lead Clinician will implement and lead the FOX Restoring Balance Plus Program . They will meet biweekly contract quota expectations and handle administrative responsibilities for the Fox clinicians within the SLC. Responsibilities include :

  • Assisting with SLC staff development and in-service scheduling and tracking
  • Developing and maintaining optimal resident engagement
  • Supporting strategy and implementation of local strategic marketing plans
  • Orienting new employees to community-specific policies and workflows for SLC
  • Assisting the Regional Director in leading the SLC Fox team
  • Performing other administrative duties as requested
  • Leading the management team's Quarterly Partnership Review Meeting in conjunction with the Regional Director and / or Director of Senior Living Partnership

This position is time-intensive and highly demanding, requiring a strong understanding of and commitment to FOX's mission, culture, and philosophies. The ideal candidate demonstrates an impeccable work ethic, passion, initiative, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Candidates should be solution-oriented, resilient, and persistent, capable of managing difficult situations tactfully.

Requirements :

  • Open to Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists in

    • Happy Valley, OR

    and surrounding regions

  • Valid Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy program
  • Compliance with all FOX, Federal, State, and payer regulations, policies, and procedures in outpatient rehabilitation services
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings, FOX Tours, and other practice needs
