Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as HIPAA or Meaningful Use. Experience with system optimization and integration efforts. Knowledge of healthcare workflows and operations.

Our client, a prominent healthcare system headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks an Epic Analyst to optimize and support their Epic EHR system across diverse clinical and operational domains. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized organization, enhance healthcare delivery, and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Responsibilities :
- Configure, implement, and support assigned Epic modules such as ClinDoc, Orders, Ambulatory, HB, or PB.
- Collaborate with clinicians, business leaders, and IT teams to translate operational needs into system functionality.
- Conduct workflow assessments, system build, testing, and go-live support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of design decisions, workflows, and system changes.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Participate in system upgrades, integration efforts, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide training and support to end users as needed.
