Our client, a prominent healthcare system headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks an Epic Analyst to optimize and support their Epic EHR system across diverse clinical and operational domains. Responsibilities :
- Configure, implement, and support assigned Epic modules such as ClinDoc, Orders, Ambulatory, HB, or PB.
- Collaborate with clinicians, business leaders, and IT teams to translate operational needs into system functionality.
- Conduct workflow assessments, system build, testing, and go-live support.
- Maintain detailed documentation of design decisions, workflows, and system changes.
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
- Participate in system upgrades, integration efforts, and optimization initiatives.
- Provide training and support to end users as needed.
Must-Have Skills :
Epic Certification in at least one module.Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Epic Analyst or in a related EHR support role.Proven experience with system configuration, testing, and end-user support.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Must be based within the United States (remote role).Nice-to-Have Skills :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.Experience within a large or multi-facility healthcare organization.Familiarity with regulatory compliance such as HIPAA or Meaningful Use.Experience with system optimization and integration efforts.Knowledge of healthcare workflows and operations.
