Key Responsibilities
Underwrite and manage a profitable book of Property and Casualty business
Evaluate submissions, analyze exposures, and negotiate pricing and program offerings
Develop and maintain relationships with retail brokers and insureds
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred
5 to 8 years of related experience
Industry-specific designations (CPCU, ARM) preferred but not required
Experience with Middle Market Accounts and guaranteed cost program structures preferred
Strong understanding of exposure identification and analysis
