job_description.job_card.job_descriptionResponsible development of the On Premise spirits business Responsible for looping State Manager and all suppliers in where we stand on each of their goals Strategize with State Manager the best path to hit goals. (listen to ideas, concerns, report back) Work with State Manager to ensure all Incentives are correctly communicated. Develop relationships with all territory staff across all areas in order to create an open communication environment Work with State Manager on all administrative duties Ability to handle budgets given by United and Suppliers Ability to travel overnight multiple nights per week and multiple weeks per month Must be able to work weekends if necessary Manage the allocation process on a monthly basis Relationships Negotiation Conflict Resolution Communication Interpersonal Skills Manage Multiple Priorities Critical Thinking Collaboration Organizational structure and development Must have strong leadership, motivation and persuasive communication skills Ability to manage multiple on-going projects at the same time Bi-lingual preferred Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle a variety of duties Attention to detail Results driven (performance) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of computers and computerized hand held devices Advanced knowledge of computer programs (Diver, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) Knowledge of company and products Commitment to company values Normal office environment; some store / backroom / warehouse environments Some work in a non-temperature controlled environment that includes exposure to heat, high humidity, and inclement weather Able to work occasionally in refrigerated areas Exposure to smoke and dust in certain accounts Able to work in an environment with moderate noise levels Able to drive a vehicle to call points Able to talk and hear, stand and walk, sit, reach with arms and hands, lift and carry, and use hands and fingers to handle or feel Able to sit for extended periods of time, using computer keyboard, mouse, monitor, or calculator Able to perform greater than average lifting (up to 50 lbs), with some overhead lifting required Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to judge distance
On Premise Spirits Specialist
An On Premise Spirits Specialist is responsible for all aspects of spirits business pertaining to the On Premise portion of our spirits brokerage. Responsibilities for the tracking and direct execution of sales plans to ensure the achievement of assigned sales goals. In this position you must be strategic, competitive, communicative, and customer focused.

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school or vocational school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university preferred
- Proven experience in and an understanding of Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service
- Valid driver's license for applicable state
- Able to secure and maintain auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
- Ability to secure and maintain a State Alcohol Sales Permit in accordance with state laws
- Five (5) or more years of direct experience in a similar position preferred
- Must reside in Montgomery, Mobile or Surrounding areas
