Job Summary
We are seeking an Audit Senior for a firm who will oversee and execute audit engagements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and PCAOB standards. This role involves supervising audit staff, performing complex audit procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple engagements effectively. (Flexible Schedule)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete financial statement audits in compliance with GAAP and PCAOB standards.
- Supervise and review the work of audit staff, providing mentorship and training.
- Perform risk assessments, design audit procedures, and identify internal control weaknesses.
- Prepare and review audit documentation to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to managers, partners, and client management.
- Assist in drafting financial statements and management letters.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely service.
- Stay current on developments in accounting and auditing standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.Active CPA license preferred2+ years of recent public accounting experience, including PCAOB audits.Strong knowledge of GAAP , GAAS , and PCAOB auditing standards .Proficient in audit software (e.g., CCH Engagement, CaseWare, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.Compensation & Benefits :
