Job Title
Lead the Cost Management team on client commissions, making sure that the team delivers on all accountabilities through the project life cycle. Develop cost estimates and budget forecast plans and present it to stakeholders with recommendations to reconcile changes that occur over the project phases. Thorough review of contract documents, permit applications, project schedule updates, vendor proposals, for fiber network infrastructure scope. Identify and act upon ways for incremental improvement in project controls processes for Cost & schedule, through creation of new tools and dashboard development via power BI, looker studio and SQL. Manage cost benchmarking program utilizing clients current needs and historical cost information to help streamline procurement strategy. Create and manage new CAPEX project budget, using tools such as eBuilder, Quickbase, buganizer and buying hub. Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather cost, performance, resource data and review productivity data, demand plan and other program KPI's. Design and facilitate timely reporting methods via dashboards, presentation deck to the leadership team on project portfolio updates, present vs planned phase, and new business opportunities. Conduct training sessions with the team on various aspects of Cost Management to ensure high quality and standards are maintained across the organization. Utilize the tools provided to keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee / resource forecasts for each commission and undertake recruitment interviews.

Education and Experience Requirement : Requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience in the Related Occupation.
