About the Role
Bramlett Partners is seeking an Agent Success Manager with an active real estate license to play a critical support and leadership role for our top-producing agents. This position is equal parts agent development, recruiting, and operational support . You will lead sales meetings, train and coach agents, answer broker support questions, and build strong relationships with both our current agents and prospective recruits.
