A company is looking for a Consumer Retention Representative (Hybrid, Waverly).
Key Responsibilities :
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assess and identify consumer insurance needs
Educate consumers on policy options and provide accurate product information and quotes
Document inquiries and follow up on requests, ensuring successful call resolution
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business, or Marketing preferred or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant experience in customer service and sales
Proven ability to sell insurance products in a call center environment
Existing Life and Health Insurance License preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days
Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new software quickly
