Job Title : Litigation Associate – Complex Commercial Disputes

Location : Orange County or Century City, CA (Hybrid – 4 days in-office, 1 remote)

Base Pay : $245,000 to $270,000 per year

What You’ll Do

• Draft and argue motions in civil and commercial litigation.
• Handle written discovery and take / defend depositions.
• Assist in trial prep : exhibits, witness outlines, pretrial filings.
• Conduct legal research and support litigation strategy.
• Interface with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.

What You Need

Work Model

This role follows a hybrid model with 4 in-office days and 1 remote day per week. Candidates must be based in Southern California and able to commute to either the Orange County or Century City office.
