MVP Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing and Electric is seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential properties, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls and diagnose plumbing issues in residential settings
• Repair and replace pipes, fixtures, and appliances including sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters
• Install new plumbing systems and fixtures in existing homes
• Unclog and clean drains using various tools and techniques
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems
• Use pipe cutters, reamers, and threading machines to shape pipes as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications
• Ensure all work complies with local and state plumbing codes
• Provide cost estimates for repairs and installations
• Educate homeowners on proper use and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with other trades (e.g., HVAC technicians, electricians) when necessary
• Respond to emergency calls, including after-hours if required
