We are seeking highly skilled Tax Associates to join our dynamic team as dedicated TurboTax Live Seasonal Local Service Representatives in one of our new locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help individuals navigate their tax needs.

About the Role :

As a TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Representative, you will work on-site from a local location, serving customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. You will leverage your tax expertise to provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software / product support. Your ability to demonstrate understanding of each customer's unique situation, connect with them on a personal level, and alleviate stress is critical to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Additionally, you will play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. We will provide a straightforward playbook, essential tools, and dedicated support to facilitate your success.
