Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful loan transactions
Monitor sales pipeline, meet sales expectations, and generate new business opportunities
Create and explain mortgage coach presentations and package files for processing
Required Qualifications :
Associate's degree from an accredited institution
1+ year of experience as a mortgage loan originator
Licensure with the NMLS in either CO or TX
1+ year of experience working in a remote environment
Intermediate understanding of loan program guidelines and various types of loans
