This role is the steady engine behind the scenes—bringing organization, focus, and structure to a fast-moving environment. You'll manage the details that help leadership and the broader team focus on what matters most : preparing meeting materials, wrangling calendars, coordinating logistics, researching opportunities, and building internal systems to help us scale. You keep the wheels turning, the noise low, and the priorities sharp.

But you're not just behind the scenes. When the moment calls for it, you confidently step into the spotlight—representing UGen at tradeshows, community events, or meetings with doctors and partners. What You'll Do

• Be the Core That Keeps Us Aligned : Juggle moving parts, shifting priorities, and constant requests without losing focus. You stay organized when things get messy and keep the team on track.
• Plan, Prep, and Pivot : Own the day-to-day : calendar management, meeting prep, travel coordination, trade show research, and logistics—all with clarity and accountability.
• Build Systems That Scale : Take initiative to find better tools, streamline operations, and implement systems that help us scale smart, not messy.
• Be a Brand Steward : Confidently represent UGen in the field—at events, with partners, and in the community—bringing warmth, professionalism, and purpose.
• Support the Team, Strengthen the Culture : Create a working rhythm that's productive and human. You're not just supporting people—you're building the ecosystem that supports our mission.
