Key Responsibilities :

Define creative solutions aligned with client business goals

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in visual design, graphic design, user experience, or related field

5+ years of experience in creative direction across brand and web

2+ years of experience leading a creative team

Experience in creating design systems and visual frameworks

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CS and Figma / FigJam
