We are currently launching one of our flagship developments :
- a large-scale, luxury multi-family community in the heart of Baltimore City.
- This premier project features complex urban logistics, high-end design, and a structured parking garage (Texas donut configuration).
- We are seeking a proven Project Executive to lead this marquee project from preconstruction through completion.
Summary of Position :
The Project Executive will provide senior leadership and strategic oversight for all phases of this major multi-family development.This role encompasses full responsibility for project execution — from preconstruction budgeting and subcontractor selection to construction delivery, team management, and financial performance.The Project Executive will ensure excellence in quality, schedule, and cost, while maintaining the company’s reputation for precision, accountability, and craftsmanship.Responsibilities :
Preconstruction / Planning : - Lead the creation of a comprehensive project budget, schedule, and logistics plan. - Oversee subcontractor prequalification, bidding, and contract award. - Direct constructability reviews, value engineering, and scope alignment with design intent. - Anticipate and mitigate project risks proactively.Construction Management :
Provide overall direction for the project team, including project managers and site superintendents. - Oversee all aspects of construction sequencing, quality control, and safety compliance. - Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and local agencies to maintain project momentum. - Ensure timely procurement, subcontract administration, and cost control.Leadership & Oversight :
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the project’s success. - Mentor internal staff and promote collaboration across all departments. - Drive performance, professionalism, and accountability across all project participants.Financial Management & Reporting :
Maintain full P&L responsibility for the project. - Oversee budget management, forecasting, and change control. - Provide executive-level reporting to ownership on project milestones, risks, and progress. Qualifications : Required Experience : - 10–20 years of progressively responsible experience in multi-family or mixed-use construction, including at least 5 years in a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager role. - Successful track record managing large-scale podium or urban mixed-use developments ($50M+). - Deep understanding of multi-family construction methods, logistics, and building systems. - Strong background in both field operations and executive-level project management.Preferred Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Experience within a developer-builder or vertically integrated organization. - Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling platforms such as MS Project or Primavera P6.Key Attributes :
