Senior Manager, Transformation Portfolio Strategy & Enablement

As the Senior Manager, Transformation Portfolio Strategy & Enablement, you will enable strategy and operations with the right tools, frameworks, and insights. You'll lead program and project management, process improvement, and business operations, with a focus on OKR development, strategy road mapping, and business governance. Your responsibilities include designing business case templates, capability roadmaps, operational plans, and resource management tools for consistent program delivery. You'll oversee annual operating and long-range planning, financial and budget management, dashboard management, E2E process flow mapping, and KPI / OKR tracking. Your expertise in executive summaries, business review presentations, and template development will support decision-making. This role will report to the Senior Director of Strategy & Business Development and will be on-site at our campus in Bentonville, AR.

Shape and maintain frameworks, processes, and resources for strategy deployment and operational enablement

Design business case templates, roadmaps, operational plans, and resource management tools

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and partner alignment

Champion process optimization, business governance, and continuous improvement

Lead OKR development, dashboard management, and KPI reporting

Oversee financial management, budget planning, and long-range planning

Create strategies, change management plans, and training materials

Build and nurture strategic partnerships with partners

Leverage advanced AI and analytics to inform strategy and operations

Prepare executive summaries and monthly business review presentations

Expertise in strategic program and project management

Strong experience with OKR development, KPI tracking, and dashboard management

Proven ability to build and nurture cross-functional partnerships

Financial planning, budget management, and long-range business planning

Strength in creating executive summaries and presentations

Preferred : Experience with advanced AI tools and digital enablement
