Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for Home Health with at least 1 year of skilled PT experience and Oasis and HCHB proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Home health setting covering Hesperia, CA and surrounding areas
  • Day shifts with a 5x8 schedule, 8 : 00 to 16 : 30
  • Caseload of up to 6 patients per day, with 30 productivity points as the standard
  • No call or floating required
  • One weekend shift required per contract
  • Mileage reimbursement provided at IRS standard rate
  • Charting is completed using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)
  • No specific scrub color required
  • Free parking on site
  • First-time travelers are not accepted for this assignment
  • The caseload is grouped to minimize drive and windshield time, but occasional maximum radius may exceed 50 miles
  • Weekend coverage expectations include one shift per contract
  • Locals within a 50-mile radius are accepted at the same rate as travelers
  • No standard attire color required for this assignment
  • Mileage costs are reimbursed per the IRS standard
  • Personal time off requests must be confirmed with the hiring manager
  • Block scheduling is not accommodated for this role

  • Minimum of 1 year recent skilled physical therapy experience in home health
  • Current BCLS certification required
  • Oasis and HCHB experience required
  • Own transportation is required
  • Pending license accepted; license required if applicable
