A thriving, full-time opportunity is available for an experienced General Dentist or Clinical Leader to join a high-performing, multi-specialty dental practice serving patients of all ages. Located near Woodbury Heights, New Jersey, this state-of-the-art neighborhood dental practice has a strong, loyal patient base and is equipped with the latest dental technologies to support both general and specialty dental care.

The practice is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care including general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, orthodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics. This position offers a stable, long-term dental career path with leadership potential in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a lead dentist and clinical leader, your key responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting comprehensive dental exams, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning
  • Performing a wide range of general dentistry procedures (restorative, preventive, cosmetic)
  • Educating patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive dental care
  • Collaborating with specialists and dental support staff to ensure the highest standard of care
  • Mentoring associate dentists and contributing to the professional development of the dental team
  • Prescribing medications and following best practices for clinical documentation and compliance
  • Participating in continuous quality improvement and upholding clinical excellence standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active New Jersey Dental License (NJ Dentist License)
  • Current CDS and DEA licenses
  • At least 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry or a multi-specialty dental practice
  • Proven track record of leadership or mentoring in a dental setting
  • Excellent communication and chairside manner
  • Passion for evidence-based dentistry, patient education, and improving oral health outcomes
