Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an AI Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Duration : 12 months

About the Role :

Are you passionate about designing intelligent systems that push the boundaries of AI? Our client is looking for a forward-thinking AI Engineer to develop and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions. You will work on state-of-the-art AI technologies, including large language models, LangChain pipelines, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), transforming complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions for enterprise applications.

Build and optimize generative AI workflows with prompt engineering and LangChain integrations.

Develop safe and responsible AI solutions using Safechain methodologies.

Implement NLU / NLP models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.

Collaborate across teams to integrate AI into production systems while ensuring model reliability and performance.

Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies to drive innovation.

Required Skills :

Advanced programming skills in Python.

Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.

Hands-on experience with machine learning and generative AI frameworks.

Expertise in prompt engineering, LangChain, and RAG pipelines.

Solid understanding of NLU / NLP techniques and libraries.

Knowledge of Safechain practices for secure AI deployment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to scale AI solutions efficiently.

Experience :

Demonstrated experience in designing and deploying AI and ML models in a professional environment.

Experience with generative AI, prompt engineering, and LangChain workflows.

Integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems is highly desirable.

Education :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
