You'll be part of a team that includes physicians, therapists, and specialists—all focused on one goal : helping patients heal and thrive. Responsibilities Include :
• Delivering compassionate, evidence-based care
• Supporting patients and families through lifestyle changes
• Performing complex assessments and interventions (including IVs, blood transfusions, wound vacs, peritoneal dialysis, and prosthetic training)
• Promoting physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health Qualifications :
• Current New York State RN license
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
