KidsLife Naples is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and energetic Preschool Teacher to join our team of educators dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich environment for young children. If you love working with children, value structure and creativity, and thrive in a collaborative setting, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Florida Early Learning Standards
  • Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment that supports emotional, social, and cognitive growth
  • Maintain daily routines including circle time, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in accordance with state licensing and KidsLife protocols
  • Observe and document children’s progress; communicate effectively with families
  • Collaborate with fellow staff on curriculum planning, events, and professional development
  • Uphold all health, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures

Qualifications :

  • CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
  • Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance techniques
  • CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Level II background screening clearance required
  • Staff Credentials (40 hrs DCF certificate) and VPK Certified-required
  • School Readiness Certificate
