Key Responsibilities
Work cross-functionally to analyze data and operational issues
Drive root cause analysis and design processes to resolve GTM data issues
Facilitate project retrospectives and implement necessary changes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment
Advanced SQL and Excel skills, including financial modeling experience
Experience with large data sets and creating scalable reports
Stakeholder management experience with strong influencing skills
Ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
