As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be a key contributor in shaping our financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. Working closely with the Head of Finance and executive team, you will develop financial models, execute cross-functional initiatives, and provide insights to drive strategic and operational performance. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor and subject matter expert for financial modeling and analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop comprehensive financial models and strategic planning frameworks to support executive decision-making.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly reforecasts, collaborating with department heads to align financial plans with strategic goals.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Create financial dashboards and KPI tracking systems to monitor business performance.
• Perform long-term financial forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses.
• Develop cash flow projections and capital planning models to optimize liquidity.
• Analyze revenue drivers, SaaS metrics, and operational efficiencies.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with the Controller to align FP&A and accounting functions.
• Prepare financial materials for board meetings, investor updates, and fundraising.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses and special projects as needed.
