Landscape Account Manager

Green Vine Landscaping, a leading California landscaping company known for exceptional maintenance services, seeks an experienced landscape Account Manager to join our growing team. Candidates must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, including the ability to develop accurate landscape project estimates. The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Account Manager to oversee client relationships and maintenance operations for accounts valued between $800,000-$1,600,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts with full oversight of customer service, production, and quality control
• Conduct monthly site walk-throughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify enhancement opportunities
• Sell and manage enhancement projects (approximately 25% of contract value)
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while serving as their primary point of contact
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
• Prepare professional proposals and bids for enhancement work and new business
• Ensure accounts remain profitable and within budget
