Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator

A company is looking for an LPN Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate intake, review, and processing of precertification requests for medical services

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines

Act as a liaison between patients, providers, and insurance companies to communicate the status of requests

Required Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential required

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Experience with case management or clinical documentation systems is a plus

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to work independently
