Job Description

Join our team as an Automation Technician and help keep production moving at a high-volume poultry facility. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, conveyors, and other industrial equipment. You’ll play a key role in equipment reliability, process improvement, and training team members while ensuring safety standards are met.

The base salary range for this position is $25-$35 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
