Allied National Services is seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our clients' properties remain in top condition. Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations.
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.
- Troubleshoot and fix minor issues with equipment, appliances, and fixtures.
- Provide preventative maintenance for both commercial and residential properties.
- Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all tools and materials are available and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.
